I'm afraid I know nothing about the program you're using and therefore can't advise you.
But AA is used to gather the relevant data and then create files according to the templates you create for it, that includes the tokens that make it work. (You will find the tokens in the templates that came with AA, and easily see what they do, by creating a quick test set of pages using them).
If the program you are using is template based you should have no problem building your files with AA to use with it.
Just create templates for the full page articles that look like the sites you're creating. Or if you're inserting the data into your existing pages somehow, use the TOS templates that came with AA.
Other than that, since I have no knowledge of the program you're using what-so-ever , I can't help you.
